My name is Jessica and I'm a Twin Flame, Relationship, and Spiritual Coach here to help
guide you from within. From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. After exploring
various careers, I finally found my calling, and I haven’t looked back since.
I am NOT a Licensed Therapist. I'm here to mentor and give guidance based on my personal experience, knowledge, and expertise on areas I've studied and grown from throughout my life.
 
Personal & Professional Background That Led Me Here:
I was raised Catholic but since I was a little girl, I've always had a strong desire to form a deeper connection with God outside of church. In 2010, I sought guidance from Christian churches that made my faith stronger but still made me wanting more. Something was missing. I was always eager to know more about esoteric things such as crystals, aliens, paranormal, you know...the stuff not everyone was willing to openly discuss. I am an open book and love talking about ANYTHING.
 
I then got my degree in Sociology & Liberal Arts due to my love for helping people and wanting to understand them.
 
In 2015-2016, that's when I really began my journey on meditating, crystals, yoga, shadow work, health & wellness, and delved deep into it throughout several years wanting to help people spiritually and mentally, so I created a blog about spirituality & wellness called Guided Space, because I love writing and creating content. I took many workshops throughout the years, became a Reiki Master practitioner, learned different types of massages, and so on.
 
In 2021-2022 I started to give up on my blog as I wasn't feeling like I was aligning with my true purpose. I started to think I should leave "New Age" and go back into Christianity. Ventured into beauty pageants and focused more on things that didn't really matter, but were fun in the moment. That was until I found myself going through Dark Night of the Soul in September of 2022 which brought on a deeper spiritual connection and awakening and caused me to be in alignment with my soul. I found the true meaning of my life and that was to help others be in alignment with themselves, connect with God and their higher selves.

I love this beautiful journey of mine and I truly hope to help others discover their true, authentic selves and find their happiness.
